Roadside Assistance & Locksmith Security Terms
Effective Date: January 12, 2026 | One Stop Mobile Assist
Payment is required at the time of service. No deferred billing or "bill later" options are available.
1. Corporate & Motor Club Phone Verification
To prevent fraud for all third-party motor clubs (including but not limited to AAA Roadside Assistance), the following callback protocol is mandatory:
- Callback Protocol: We will ask for your official company phone number and extension. We will immediately perform a callback to that specific number.
- Greeting Requirement: The automated or live greeting upon callback must explicitly identify the company you represent. If the phone system does not identify the company name, the payment will not be processed.
- Company Email: All payment authorizations must originate from an official corporate email address. Generic email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are strictly prohibited for corporate authorizations.
2. Independent Driver Requirements
For independent drivers or individuals who do not fall under the corporate callback measurement, we require a simplified but strict security verification:
- A clear photograph of your valid government-issued photo identification.
- A photograph showing only the legal name and the last four digits of the credit card being utilized.
- Scanning and archiving of all data into our Artificial Intelligence Security Database.
3. Payment Terms & Cash Policy
One Stop Mobile Assist does not offer deferred payments or "bill later" terms for roadside assistance. Payment is due one hundred percent at the time of service. If your company requires a "bill later" arrangement, a corporate account must be established in advance with a credit card on file.
Cash Policy for Parts: Delivery of physical parts (batteries, tires, fuel, or locksmith hardware) is CASH ONLY. Credit cards are only accepted for labor and dispatch fees.
4. Body Camera Disclosure & Fraud Enforcement
Body Cameras: All technicians wear active body cameras recording continuous audio and video. These recordings are archived and utilized as evidence in any dispute or legal action.
Theft of Services: In accordance with Wisconsin Statutes Section 943.20, any fraudulent chargeback or misrepresentation to obtain services will be prosecuted in the Circuit Courts of Pierce County or St. Croix County.
BY PROCEEDING, YOU CONSENT TO PHONE VERIFICATION, ID SCANNING, AND OUR STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY.
