1. General Cancellation Standards
Free cancellation of services is available only within one hour of the initial booking time. This window is only applicable if the scheduled pickup time is more than twenty-four hours away at the time of the request. After this one-hour window has passed, or if the booking is made within twenty-four hours of the pickup time, all applicable cancellation fees will apply.
2. Taxi and Airport Transfer Services
For all standard taxi and airport transportation services provided by in-house vehicles, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation with more than three business days notice: Twenty-five percent of the total fare is forfeited. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding all non-refundable processing fees.
- Cancellation within three business days of pickup: One hundred percent of the total fare is forfeited. No refund will be issued for these cancellations.
- Same-day or Next-day bookings: These bookings are considered final upon confirmation. No refunds are available once the ride has been scheduled.
- No-Show Policy: Drivers will wait at the designated pickup location for fifteen minutes. If there is no contact from the passenger within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time, the ride is considered a no-show and the full fare will be charged.
3. Limousine, Sprinter, and Hourly Event Services
For all executive vans, stretch limousines, and specialized event transportation, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Deposits: All deposits paid to secure a vehicle are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation with more than seven days notice: Twenty-five percent of the total fare is forfeited. The remaining balance is refunded minus all non-refundable processing fees.
- Cancellation within seven days of pickup: One hundred percent of the total fare is forfeited. No refund or rescheduling is permitted.
- Hourly Limousines: Once a quote is accepted and a deposit is paid, the entire booking becomes one hundred percent non-refundable with no exceptions.
4. Outsourced and Partner Transportation
One Stop Mobile Assist may partner with third-party transportation providers for specific requests, such as coach buses or large shuttles. We may collect a non-refundable deposit or initial payment at the time of booking. Because we operate as partners, the specific cancellation policy of the third-party provider will govern the remainder of the agreement. You will receive their full terms and conditions once they contact you directly. For any adjustments, disputes, or remaining balance payments, you must contact that partner company directly once you have received their agreement. We will explicitly inform you at the time of booking if your vehicle is being outsourced.
5. Promotional Offers (Final Sale)
All promotional offers are final and non-refundable. If you book a promotional offer, it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, credit, or changes of any kind. If you want the ability to request a refund, reschedule, or change the order, you must book a standard (non-promotional) reservation and not select a promotional offer. All promotional offer bookings are final upon confirmation.
6. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Legal Fees
The use of a credit card chargeback to avoid paying a valid fare or cancellation fee is considered a fraudulent act. Under Wisconsin Statutes Section 943.20 and Section 943.21, fraudulent actions regarding services are subject to criminal and civil penalties. Any unpaid balances will incur a two percent monthly late fee. The customer agrees to be responsible for all debt collection fees, attorney fees, and legal costs incurred by One Stop Mobile Assist to recover unpaid funds. All processing fees and service fees are non-refundable.
