One Stop Mobile Assist (OSMA) FAQ / Service Desk Information. This page is primarily to inform insurance companies, roadside assistance programs, and dispatch providers — and it also helps individual customers. Some jobs may be outsourced depending on location, availability, and service type.
Dispatch / Refund policy: We require a service fee and electronic payment before dispatch to confirm the job and prevent multiple providers from being sent for the same emergency. Once you agree to the order and dispatch begins, no refunds are given, including situations where another provider shows up first.
Accepted electronic payments: Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards may be accepted, but credit cards will need a copy of your ID for verification.
Corporate / direct billing accounts: If an insurance company, roadside assistance program, dispatcher, property manager, or any major organization wants “bill later,” they must set up a corporate account with a credit card on file. We do not send invoices after the job for one-time requests.
We can pick up the battery (or other parts) from the shop and bring it to you. All parts delivered require Zelle or Cash Only to retrieve the parts. We do not take credit cards for parts deliveries.
