One Stop Mobile Assist (the "Company"), is currently in a pre-launch phase. Services described herein are not yet available and will commence only upon official operational launch. This policy is published in advance for transparency, compliance, and customer notification. The Company operates as a mobile logistics and service coordination business, providing limited in-house courier-type services and coordinating independent third-party providers for other vehicle-related services. The Company is not a: • Repair shop • Towing company • Locksmith • Notary public • Vehicle inspection company • Passenger transportation provider One Stop Mobile Assist LLC conducts business under the trade name "One Stop Mobile Assist." The Company may also be identified publicly, commercially, or operationally as: • One Stop Mobile Assist (operating brand) • OSMA (abbreviation) • @onestopmobasst (social media handle) Abbreviations & Name Formats: Due to character limitations on certain websites, platforms, and social networks, the business may appear under shortened name formats for identification and branding purposes only, including: - onestopmobileassist - onestopmobasst - OSMA (used solely as a non-exclusive abbreviation; multiple unrelated companies may use similar letter combinations) Use of these shortened formats does not indicate a separate entity. All services, insurance coverage, contracts, and legal obligations remain solely under One Stop Mobile Assist LLC. DBAs / Service Names: One Stop Mobile Assist Taxi — passenger transport and shuttle services in St. Croix Falls, WI One Stop Mobile Assist Pet & Taxi Service — pet transport services Wisconsin Airport Shuttle — airport transfer services Mobile Vehicle Solution — legacy brand, currently discontinued, included for historical reference only (OSMA) Any reference to One Stop Mobile Assist, OSMA, or @onestopmobasst branding—on paperwork, invoices, policies, digital communications, websites, or social media—refers exclusively to One Stop Mobile Assist LLC, the legal entity. No separate company, partnership, or affiliation is created by the use of any trade name, abbreviation, logo, or handle. Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. By requesting service, the customer represents and warrants that they meet this requirement. The Company performs only the following services directly: • Emergency fuel (gas) delivery • Parts pickup and delivery (courier service only) The Company does not install parts, repair vehicles, diagnose issues, inspect vehicles, or modify vehicles. The following services are 100% outsourced and performed exclusively by independent third-party providers: • Towing • Tire changes or tire installation • Locksmith/vehicle unlock services • Notary services • Pre-vehicle inspections • Mechanical repairs or diagnostics • Passenger transportation The Company acts solely as a coordinator or dispatcher. All third-party providers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company. Each provider: • Operates under their own licenses and insurance • Is solely responsible for their acts, omissions, conduct, and workmanship The Company does not supervise, control, or guarantee third-party services. 8.1 Customer Fuel Type Responsibility Fuel delivery is performed strictly based on customer-provided information. Customers must provide written confirmation of the exact fuel type required. 8.2 Mandatory SMS Authorization Fuel delivery will not be dispatched unless the customer sends: "I, [FULL NAME], confirm my vehicle uses [FUEL TYPE]. I authorize One Stop Mobile Assist to deliver this fuel. Last four digits of my card are [####]." 8.3 No Fuel Verification The Company does not verify fuel type by inspection, VIN lookup, fuel door labels, or manuals. 8.4 Fuel Receipt Documentation A fuel pump receipt showing fuel type, date, time, and location is retained as documentation. 8.5 Misfueling Disclaimer The Company is not liable for damage caused by incorrect fuel information supplied by the customer, vehicle modifications, or pre-existing conditions. Fuel delivery does not guarantee vehicle operation. Parts must be paid for directly by the customer prior to pickup. The Company does not verify part compatibility or correctness. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. The Company acts solely as a courier, not a parts seller. Inspections are performed by independent third-party inspectors. The Company does not inspect, certify, or guarantee vehicle condition. Inspections are visual, non-invasive, and informational only, and are not warranties or guarantees. The Company provides no purchase advice and is not liable for vehicle failure before or after inspection. 11.1 Mandatory Documentation (NO EXCEPTIONS) Before any unlock service, the customer must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and vehicle title, registration, or insurance documentation. 11.2 Criminal Law Compliance (WI & MN) Unlocking a vehicle without lawful authority may constitute a criminal offense under Wisconsin and Minnesota law. 11.3 Unauthorized Requests If documentation is not provided, service is refused, the request is documented, and local law enforcement may be notified. The Company is not liable for refusal or reporting. The Company is not a notary public. Notary services are provided only by independent Wisconsin-commissioned notaries. No notary services are offered in Minnesota. The Company may transport a notary as a logistics service only. Customers are responsible for all notary fees and transportation costs. The Company is not liable for notary acts, errors, or refusals. The Company does not transport passengers in service vehicles. Customers may not ride in Company vehicles. Any transportation referrals are independent and unaffiliated. Valid ID must match the payment method. If ID does not match, the order is not released, and cash payment is required. Authorization may occur via online booking, SMS/text message, or written confirmation. The Company may retain tokenized payment methods, records of the last four card digits, authorization messages, and service and delivery logs. Authorized charges are not fraudulent. The Company may contest chargebacks using SMS authorization, receipts, ID verification, and service records. Customers initiating chargebacks may be refused future service. SMS is used for service coordination only. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Insurance coverage applies only to in-house courier and fuel delivery operations. Insurance does not cover third-party services, passenger transportation, or mechanical repairs. The Company may collect contact and vehicle information, SMS and call content, IP address and basic device data, and payment authorization records. Data is shared only as necessary to fulfill services. Personal data is not sold. Records may be retained for 7–10 years or longer as required by law. All services are provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from customer-provided misinformation, unauthorized service requests, violations of law, or third-party service disputes. Services may be delayed or unavailable due to weather, system outages, SMS failures, third-party availability, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. Class and collective actions are waived. Agreement may occur via online booking, checkbox acknowledgment, SMS/text authorization, or continued use of services. Electronic acceptance is binding under UETA and ESIGN. Wisconsin law governs. Exclusive venue: Pierce County, Wisconsin. Minnesota law applies only where mandatory. 28. Severability & No Waiver Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Failure to enforce does not waive future enforcement. 29. Social Media Disclosure The Company may post informational updates on official social accounts, including @onestopmobasst. Social media content does not override this policy. 30. Non-Affiliation & Similar Name Disclaimer For clarity, One Stop Mobile Assist LLC is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company, business, or entity that may have a similar name, spelling, abbreviation, logo, or branding. Any similarity in name is purely coincidental. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, services, or representations of any other similarly named business. 31. Final Acknowledgment By requesting services, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to this policy, provided accurate information, and accept all responsibilities described herein.
