One Stop Mobile Assist (OSMA) was formed through the purchase of a local cab company and the acquisition of its operating license. This foundation allowed the company to legally operate and expand beyond traditional taxi and transportation services into a resilient hybrid service model designed to meet modern, situational, and time-critical demands.
Rather than operating as a single-niche transportation service limited by seasonality, OSMA was structured to provide multiple integrated service lines, ensuring availability, compliance, and continuity in a changing market.
Company History & Evolution
We originally started as River Falls Taxi years ago in 2017 then we switched the name to Hudson Area Cab in 2019. We were associated with other brands, which those friends would not be transitioning under the new LLC due to insurance and separation of ownership of the LLCs, as well as market changes. The original founder was originally an Uber Black driver back in the early days when Uber started. As you know, all companies must evolve and consolidate as time changes. Under the new branding, it allows us to serve multiple service types instead of being on one single service, which is only busy certain times of the season. We recently tried to name Wisconsin Airport Rides; it was short-lived due to copyright infringement. Some search results may say we are associated with other cab brands; that is incorrect information. We recently shared office space with another cab company, which is not associated with us.
We've learned a lot since we started. Due to the way insurance works, you cannot mix taxi service, airport shuttle service, limousine service, and black car service into one. Each service must have a separate name to operate correctly. This is one of the reasons why we rebranded everything to be set up correctly and legally.
Google & Address Clarification
Google thinks we are part of another business because Google Assistant does not recognize the office address of the business warehouse center. Sometimes Google AI gets confused. The dispatch and office location is within a business warehouse center, which can cause AI systems to misattribute the address. Any perceived association is incorrect and does not reflect an actual business relationship.
