IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER — NOT AN EMERGENCY OR AMBULANCE SERVICE
We do NOT provide emergency taxi service, ambulance service, or urgent medical transportation for pets. We are not a veterinary ambulance, animal emergency transport service, or priority response provider. If you have a pet emergency, the customer is responsible for locating an open veterinary clinic or animal hospital.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
Payment is due at the time of service — regardless if you are an insurance company, roadside assistance program, motor club, dispatcher, or an individual customer. We do not offer bill-later service, invoicing, program billing, or net terms. If reimbursement is available, the customer must seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.

Dispatch and refund policy: We require a service fee and electronic payment before dispatch to confirm the job and prevent multiple providers from being sent for the same request. Once you agree to the order and dispatch begins, no refunds are given, including situations where another provider shows up first.

Accepted electronic payments: Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards may be accepted, but credit cards will need a copy of your identification for verification.
